Airbnb is the most accurate and up-to-date real estate investing app on the market, according to research by the Australian Financial Commission (AFC).
Airbnb is one of several apps that offer investors the ability to invest in stocks, currencies and ETFs.
The app is available on Apple’s iOS, Android, Windows and Mac platforms.
The company says the apps are the most comprehensive and up to date financial app available.
The AFC said it would recommend that investors check the app daily and check its reviews to ensure that it is accurate and unbiased.
The commission said it did not have data from the other apps that it has examined, but noted that “Airbnb may have a reputation for being inaccurate or unreliable”.
AirBnB is not the only app that offers investors the opportunity to invest.
The AFC also noted that the popular Airbnb stock app has a higher ratings score than the other two.
A spokesperson for Airbnb told the AFC: “We strive to ensure the apps we work with are as accurate and comprehensive as possible.
The commission says the app is currently in its beta stage, but will be upgraded to a beta version in the coming months. “
We regularly monitor and improve the accuracy of ratings.”

The report also found that Airbnb is “among the top-rated apps in Australia” in terms of accuracy.”AFC has found in its research that Airbnb’s ratings are often more accurate than those offered by more widely recognised property market platforms, such as Zillow, Realtors.com, and DomainMarket,” the AFA said.
However, “in some cases the AFFT found that the ratings provided for Airbnb’s properties are ‘favourable’, ‘not reliable’ or ‘not very reliable’.”
These are the same ratings that are found in the top 10 apps in the US, for example, RealTone, which has a rating of 4.2 out of 10, and that are also frequently found on sites such as TripAdvisor, TripAdress, TripStats and the site of Sydney-based real estate broker Brian Wills.
