The investment options sector has had a relatively quiet year, with only three of the big banks reporting a full-year net income and profit for the year.
That’s down from a high of four in 2014.
The big banks are the only ones to report profit and revenue for the entire period.
The next three banks — Bank of America, Citigroup and JPMorgan — also had a good quarter.
The other big banks, however, were not as successful as expected.
The S&P 500 and Nasdaq were down 3.5% from the previous year, and Goldman Sachs dropped 4.2%.
The next five banks were up 3.6% and 3.4% respectively.
